Kids Mindfulness Online is 6 modules of age appropriate Mindfulness practice, Mindset education, breath work exercises and meditation practice. This program is ideal for children aged 5-12 years. Kids can enjoy it alone, with parents, sibling or friends. Each module contains engaging videos, printable worksheets, colouring sheets and breathing prompts, along with added extras including Yoga cards and games, affirmation cards and a Mindfulness Journal and a Gratitude journal. I have also included a number of additional guided meditation audio tracks.
 
This very special on demand program was designed, written and created by a Mental Health Social Worker with specialist skills, knowledge and training in children’s mental health. It is ideal for children with anxiety, sleep issues and to assist with emotional regulation
